ASG 29 Pilots in front at the Hahnweide
Simon Schröder wins the 18m Class
Again this year the Hahnweide competition proved a very successful one for ASG 29 pilots.
Within a competitor field which included international pilots, Simon Schröder was already able to take the lead on the second competition day and maintained this position right until the end.
Only the first day was not quite optimal for Matthias Sturm. However, with daily wins on the second, third and fifth days in his ASG 29, he continously worked his way forward from his initial 19th place to take second place right behind Simon Schröder at the end of the competition.
Bert Schmelzer won the fourth day with his ASG 29 and also finished on the podium. With Christophe Abadie (4), Sebastian Huhmann (6), Tobias Meiler (8), Jürg Haas (9) and Steven Raimond (10) a total of eight ASG 29 pilots finished in the top ten.
In the 15m class Tim Scott placed second with his ASG 29 in the final standings.
