Although the serial production of the new 20m double-seater has just started and only a few gliders are in circulation at this time, several pilots have already been able to achieve impressive competition successes.

Serena Triebel secured the title of the new German Champion 2015 in the 20m double seater class. On the second day of the competition in Zwickau (D), she took over the lead which she held and increased until the end of the competition. Her father Claus Triebel, who was in the rear seat, can be very proud of his daughter, because now she is a member of the German Gliding National Team.

The pilots of the second ASG 32, Carsten and Hermann Leucker, doing outstanding teamwork for the leading 32-duo,  finished in the top third with an 11th place after good daily results.

achleitner_guidoAn ASG 32 Mi also placed first at the Austrian Nationals. Guido Achleitner, together with his co-pilot Klaus Steiner – a club-colleague from the Flying Club St. Johann – achieved first place with a significant point lead. However, the two flying days were too few to qualify this competition as a national championship. Further good results were achieved by ASW 22 BLE pilots Josef Kammerhofer and Sebastian Eder with 2nd and 3rd places in the Open class. In the 15m class Friedrich Hofinger (ASW 20) placed 3rd, as did Mario Schupfer (ASW 15) in the Club class.
