At the Ocana Airport the new Spanish Champions 2015 of four classes have been determined. Francisco Ortega was at the top again. He retained the title in his ASW 27.

Aldo Rodriguez (ASW 20) and Carlos Gonzalez (ASW 27) followed in positions two and three.

Sebastian Kawa is also the winner of the Polish Grand-Prix

ASG 29 pilots in 1st and 2nd place.

After winning the Czech Grand Prix in May, Sebastian Kawa was also able to win the qualifying 2015 Grand Prix in his own country. At the competition in Zar (Poland), he achieved two 1st places and a 3rd which gave him the overall victory, even though flying was possible on only three days.

Peter Szabo new Hungarian Champion

Three ASG 29 pilots at the top

At the Hungarian championships 2015 in Satymaz Peter Szabo clearly won the title of the National Champion in the 18m class in his ASG 29. He achieved a total of three daily wins.

Right behind him were three other ASG 29 pilots: Zoltan Verebelyi came 2nd, Richard Bartolf and Richard Basa (ASG 29 E) placed 3rd and 4th.

Besides excellent placements Schleicher pilots could fetch titles of the National Champion in competitions which ended during this weekend.

Louis Bouderlique took the title of the 18m champion in his ASG 29 E at the French 18m Nationals in Buno-Bonneveaux. Close behind him the ASG 29 E-pilots Eric Bernard and Olivier Sevrin (Belgium) claimed places two and three.

Sebastian Kawa also wins the Polish Nationals

The ASG 29 pilot leads the field again, Christoph Matkowski finished 3rd.

Sebastian Kawa in the ASG 29 also won the Polish Open Class Nationals in Stalowa Wola-Turbia (PL).

Hahnweide: Mario Kießling wins in an ASG 29 E

Markus Ganev placed 3rd in the 18m class

On three of four competition days Mario Kießling in his ASG 29 E was the daily winner. Although on the 3rd day he couldn’t complete the task, in the end he won the 18m class clearly.

ganev_markus 001Markus Ganev from Sweden placed 3rd also in an ASG 29. Moreover he received an award for the fastest average speed of the whole competition (140,6 km/h on the 3rd day).
