AERO 2022 without Alexander Schleicher

Contrary to previous plans, we will not be represented at AERO 2022 in Friedrichshafen this year. We made this decision at the last minute for a number of reasons, but it was not an easy one.

One factor in this decision was the relocation of the glider exhibition area from the usual Hall A1 to the smaller Hall B4. We have the best understanding for this decision
because there are good reasons for it and it is related to the current difficult international political situation.

The second reason, which we have been thinking about for some time, is the late date of the exhibition.

For enthusiastic glider pilots, the season has already started at this time and the weather is ideal for gliding. As a result, we have to reckon with few interested gliding visitors, which gives the enormous effort of planning, setting up and running the exhibition a stale taste.

Because of these two factors, we have decided not to participate in AERO this year. We are currently planning some small events to introduce our product and our team to interested glider pilots and young air sports enthusiasts.

There will be updates on ongoing projects in the next few days, so you can get all the information you would have otherwise received in Friedrichshafen.
